Engineered with operator comfort and durability in mind, the engine hood has been specifically designed to minimise noise emissions while optimising heat dissipation, helping maintain consistent performance during extended operating hours. As construction and industrial sites are often exposed to dusty and abrasive conditions, the Icarus 45.17 GD is equipped with a separator pre-filter applied to the air intake system. This pre-filter reduces the ingress of dust and abrasive particles into the engine, improving overall efficiency, reducing wear, and contributing to a longer engine service life.
The ROPS and FOPS approved operator cab on the Dieci Icarus 45.17 GD 4.5 tonne telehandler ensures a high level of safety and comfort, even when working in extreme climatic conditions commonly experienced on Australian worksites. For enhanced operator wellbeing, the cab can be fitted with an upgraded air conditioning system, providing effective air circulation and temperature control throughout the cabin.
