The warranty system is an invaluable source of information regarding product quality issues. Dieci Australia uses warranty data to make product improvements that enhance product quality and lead to higher levels of customer satisfaction.
Our manual is intended to provide Dieci Australia Authorised Parts and Service Agents (APSA) with policy and procedural information to assist in the effective administration of Dieci Australia’s Warranty Program. Properly applied, this information can ensure responsiveness to customers, improve cash flow related to warranty receivables and assist Dieci Australia, using claim data to improve the quality and durability of Dieci products.

Dieci Care - Extended Warranty Program
Dieci have developed an EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM which gives customers the option of enjoying an additional warranty period over and above the standard 12-month duration already included in the sales conditions of all Dieci machines.
The customer can choose from two types of extended warranties:
i. Dieci Care Plus
ii. Dieci Care Gold
Both types offer the flexibility of extending the warranty for a further 24 - 60 months and for a number of working hour chosen by them.
