Dieci Agri Plus 40.7: Powered for Australian Farms
Australian agricultural operations demand machinery that can handle intensive workloads while delivering the versatility, control and operator comfort required for long working days. The Dieci Agri Plus 40.7 has been designed with exactly these requirements in mind, combining a 4,000 kg maximum lifting capacity with a 7.0 m maximum lifting height in a highly capable agricultural telehandler.
Designed for heavy and intensive use, the Agri Plus 40.7 is a multi-purpose machine suited to lifting, loading and stacking materials ranging from hay bales to bulk feed. Around the farm, it can assist with loading trucks with cereals, manure or produce, distributing feed, cleaning stables and transporting manure. Its Powershift transmission is also suited to longer-distance travel between paddocks or work sites.
At the heart of the Agri Plus 40.7 is an FPT four-cylinder diesel engine, producing 93 kW (125 hp) at 2,200 rpm. The 4,485 cm³ engine uses mechanical direct injection and is paired with Dieci’s EVO2 Powershift transmission, featuring six forward and three reverse gears with electronic control. The machine reaches a maximum travel speed of 40 km/h.
Hydraulic performance is another key feature. A 190 l/min hydraulic flow rate helps maximise manoeuvrability across applications, while the reinforced telescopic boom uses high-resistance steel together with load-sensing and flow-sharing distributors to provide proportional and simultaneous movements. The 4-in-1 joystick incorporates FNR direction control, helping make boom operation practical and intuitive.
For tasks requiring greater precision, the electronic inching pedal allows the operator to slow or momentarily stop travel while maintaining maximum hydraulic power to the boom. This provides greater control during delicate operations and when working with the boom raised. A 146-degree fork swivelling angle further increases the operating arc, particularly when unloading at height.
Operator comfort has also been prioritised. The ROPS-FOPS approved cab features large curved windows providing panoramic visibility, an integrated electric driver’s window, heater and semi-automatic air conditioning. Integrated LED work lights support visibility when operating at night.
Safety systems include a deadman sensor combined with an operator-presence sensor in the seat, while the Load Limiter Device continuously analyses vehicle stability and inhibits aggravating movements when pre-set safety limits are reached. The machine complies with AS1418.19 / 10896.1.
With its combination of lifting performance, hydraulic capability, manoeuvrability and operator-focused design, the Dieci Agri Plus 40.7 is engineered to take on the demanding material-handling requirements of Australian agricultural operations.
